ARUA-10 is the USB Control/Audio routing Software for the TS-590S and TS-990S. It's a free download from www.kenwood.com/i/products/info/amateur/software_download.html

To connect your TS-590S or TS-990S to a PC via its USB port, install the Silicon Laboratories Inc. virtual COM port driver in the PC first. It's a free download from www.kenwood.com/i/products/info/amateur/vcp_e.html

ARUA-10 is the software required to connect a TS-590S or TS-990S transceiver and a PC by a USB cable and make it possible to use a speaker and a microphone on your PC instead of those on the transceiver. Used in conjunction with ARCP-590 or ARCP-990, it is then possible to operate the transceiver from the PC. The ARUA-10 will not operate while the USB Audio function of the transceiver is in use by the KENWOOD NETWORK COMMAND SYSTEM.
