Tailored Communication Solutions

JVCKENWOOD with its network of expert distributors, system integrators and dealers offers tailored services which may include:

  • ► Customer requirements definition

  • ► System design and engineering

  • ► Equipment supply and integration

  • ► Installation and commissioning

  • ► Handover and training

  • ► Ongoing maintenance and support

These steps are geared to ensuring that your KENWOOD voice and data communication system fully meets your needs both at time of commissioning and into the future.

Where projects call for integration with other devices and technologies, site installation and on-going maintenance, repair or upgrade support services for example, we work with reputable system integration partners, solution developers and/or local, fully trained engineers to warrant best possible access to local service.

All KENWOOD System Solutions projects start with discussions and analysis of customer needs; the resulting specification forms the basis for an agreed definition of the requirements from which we will propose a system design architecture.

Where required, we will recommend or engage with your preferred system integration partner when defining the project and/or during preparation of the tender response to ensure the full early-stage understanding of the proposed equipment, other hardware and associated application software.

If successful in the tender process, a Project Manager and team will be assigned with responsibility for carrying out a comprehensive system design and engineering process before submitting a draft Project Contract for customer review and approval. The Project Contract details the cost and specifications of equipment to be supplied, system performance parameters, delivered services, acceptance test procedures, system commissioning, staff training and ongoing maintenance and support following which a Project Delivery Plan will formalise the timing of each key milestone in the delivery of the project.
